Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept return or refund requests after this period has passed.

Prior Contact Required

If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance by email. Returns without prior notice cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

We only accept returns for items that are unopened and unused. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to the customer's personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a defective item or an incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we will check our stock and either replace it with a new or equivalent item, or issue a full refund.
