Returns or exchanges due to the customer's personal preference are handled as follows : Unused and unopened items : The full product price, including tax, will be refunded.

Opened items: 50% of the product price, including tax, will be refunded.

Shipping fees and other costs associated with returns due to the customer's personal preference are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products

Order Cancellations
