Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. If shipment is delayed due to stock availability, we will notify you of the updated delivery schedule by email. For orders paid by bank transfer, shipment will begin after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Delivery (With Tracking) — Shipped via Japan Post. Estimated delivery: 14–40 business days after shipment.
  • Express Delivery (With Tracking) — Shipped via FedEx. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment.

Both shipping methods include a tracking number so you can monitor your order's delivery status.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and destination. For detailed shipping rates, please see our Shipping Price page below. 

Please Note

We carefully pack and ship all orders from Japan. Delivery times may vary depending on flight schedules, customs clearance procedures, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, it may be handed over to a local courier for final delivery.
